Burning Fat while still eating cake?…..What?…..Is it possible?

HELL YES!!!

We sat there with forks in our hands,
a triple portion piece of cake between us,
and the most wicked smile you can
imagine on our faces.

We made a toast to
“Weird old personal trainer tricks”,
clinked forks and dove into this
delicious thing.

The best part?!?

We were eating our cake totally guilt free!

That cake diving scene happened 2 years ago when I was
living with my business partner (also a personal trainer).

Let me tell you….the 2 of us under the
same roof was a sight to behold!

Both personal trainers, both health nuts,
both a little crazy, and both friends since the age
of 5.

One of the best memories I have of that time was our
“Get Super, Smokin' Hott and Fit” Challenge.

I have NEVER lost weight and
cut fat as fast as I did when we were together.
